Are utilities included in program fee?
Yes, all utilities are included in our monthly fees. However, food is NOT included.
Who is a good fit for this program?
Nora’s Den Co-living is designed for veterans, seniors, returning citizens, domestic violence survivors seeking safe, affordable, co-living accommodations. It is best suited for those who are able to live independently and do not require daily medical or personal care assistance.
Which counties do you serve?
We currently only serve Philadelphia County, but will be expanding to near by counties soon.
Can I bring my own furniture?
Nora’s Den is fully furnished for your convenience. We provide beds, storage, fully equipped kitchen, a shared living room, shared bathroom, and on-site washer and dryer..
Are pets allowed?
Although we would love to accommodate pets, we are not equipped to do so at this time.
How long can someone be on this program?
Nora’s Den offers flexible stays. Residents can stay short-term or long-term depending on their needs and circumstances, as long as they remain in good standing with program rules.
